Most supplement reviews online are the sales copy, reworded. Ours are not, and this page is how you can tell the difference.
1. We read the actual label
Not the sales page — the label. We pull the manufacturer's own product image and transcribe the Supplement Facts panel: every ingredient, every dose, every form. This is the step most reviews skip.
2. We compare each dose against the research
For each ingredient: is there human research? Is the dose on the label the dose in the study? And is it the same form? Powder and standardized extract are not interchangeable. When a label and its cited study do not match, we say so. In our MenoRescue review, three of them did not.
3. We check for independent reviews
We look beyond the seller: Trustpilot, retail platforms, real community discussion. We note when the only reviews are affiliate pages or press releases — and we will not repeat a star rating we cannot trace to an independent source.
4. We check for disclosure and testing
We reward products that disclose every dose and are third-party tested. We mark down the ones that hide what is inside.
5. We say what we could not verify
If there is no trial on the finished formula, we tell you. If we could not confirm a price or a claim, we tell you. The missing pieces are part of the honest picture.
