This is health information for women making real decisions about their bodies. That raises the bar, and this page is the bar. It is the standard every piece on The Bloom Phase is held to, and you are entitled to hold us to it too.
Every health claim is sourced
If we state a fact about your health, it links to its source — a government health body (FDA, NIH, NHS), a medical society, or peer-reviewed research. Not a blog, not another affiliate. If we cannot source a claim, we do not publish it. Where the evidence is limited or mixed, we say so plainly.
What we will not do
- We will not promise a cure, or present a supplement as a medicine.
- We will not claim a product treats, prevents or reverses any disease.
- We will not publish testimonials we did not collect, or quote a rating we cannot trace to its source.
- We will not let an affiliate relationship change what we write.
- We will not present ourselves as medical professionals, or use expert reviewed unless a named, credentialed expert genuinely reviewed the piece.
Dates and updates
Every article shows when it was published and last updated. Health evidence changes; the dates tell you how current what you are reading is.
